KABADDI RULES:-
lTeams:-
1) Each team consists of 7 players on the field at a time, with 5 substitutes allowed.
2) Teams should have a minimum of 7 players, with substitutions made only during a break in the game.
lCourt Setup:
1) The court size should be 13m x 10m (standard size for competitive play).
2) The court is divided into two halves, with a center line running through the middle.
lDuration of the Game:
1) The game is divided into two halves, each lasting 10-15 minutes.
2) 5-minute break is allowed between halves.
lObjective of the Game:
The main goal is to score points by sending a raider into the opponent's half to tag or touch players while chanting “Kabaddi, Kabaddi” without taking a breath.
lSubstitution Rules:
Two substitutions per team per game.
lConduct:
1)No use of violence or unfair tactics is allowed.
2)Any act of aggression results in a penalty point to the opposite team.
